Product Description

This genuine WWII W.O.W (White Open Wove) Bandage, measuring 1½ inches by 4 yards, was manufactured by Johnson & Johnson to B.P.C (British Pharmacopoeia Cotton) specifications. Widely issued to British military personnel, these bandages were used to secure dressings and treat wounds under combat conditions. The breathable cotton weave allowed for flexibility and comfort while maintaining essential absorbency. Retaining its original wartime packaging and clearly marked by the manufacturer, this item offers excellent authenticity. A rare and well-preserved piece of British wartime medical history—ideal for collectors, reenactors, or those assembling a complete WWII field medical kit.
