British Army Helmets

During World War II, the British Army used a steel helmet known as the "Brodie helmet." The helmet was designed by John L. Brodie, and it was used by the British Army from 1915 until the end of World War II.

The Brodie helmet had a distinctive shape, with a wide brim and a shallow crown. It was made of pressed steel and was designed to protect the wearer's head from shrapnel and other flying debris. The helmet had a chin strap that could be adjusted to fit the wearer's head.
