Product Description
An original British WWII 9mm Parabellum inert cartridge manufactured in 1943 by Royal Ordnance Factory Blackpole (BE), Worcestershire.
During the Second World War, ROF Blackpole was one of Britain's principal ammunition factories, producing millions of 9mm cartridges for the war effort. These cartridges were issued for use in British and Commonwealth forces with weapons such as the Sten Mk II & Mk V, Lanchester Submachine Gun, and later the Browning Hi-Power pistol, as well as being supplied to resistance forces and Allied units.
This example features the correct wartime BE 43 headstamp with the British Government broad arrow property mark. It retains its original brass case and full metal jacket round-nose bullet and has been rendered completely inert, making it ideal for display or collection.
