Product Description
Original WW1-era inert 9×19mm Parabellum cartridge with segmented Ge 17 D 5 headstamp, manufactured by Gustav Genschow & Co. (GECO), Germany.
Dated 1917, this round represents mid-war German pistol ammunition production during the First World War. GECO was a major German manufacturer, supplying both military and commercial ammunition throughout the conflict.
The segmented headstamp format—showing manufacturer, date, material code, and lot number—is typical of German WW1 pistol cartridges and adds to the historical authenticity of the piece.
This type of ammunition was issued for use in the Luger P08 and early MP18 submachine gun, making it a key part of German small arms development during WW1.
A well-marked example ideal for WW1 collectors, German ammunition displays, or headstamp reference collections.
