Product Description
Original inert 5.6×52R Savage High Power sporting cartridge manufactured by PS (Považské Strojárne) of post-war Czechoslovakia.
Považské Strojárne became well known for producing high-quality European sporting ammunition during the late 1940s and early 1950s, with their cartridges now increasingly sought after by collectors of vintage continental hunting ammunition.
The 5.6×52R Savage High Power was one of the classic early high-velocity sporting calibres, widely used across Europe for fox, deer, and light game hunting. Its slim bottleneck case and elegant pointed projectile make it one of the most visually distinctive vintage sporting cartridges.
This example retains excellent original detail including the PS headstamp, black primer annulus seal, and attractive aged brass finish. A superb collectible inert round for sporting ammunition, European hunting, and vintage rifle collections.
