Product Description

Original inert .465 Holland & Holland cartridge, a large-calibre British round developed for dangerous game hunting during the classic safari era.

Produced by the prestigious London gunmaker Holland & Holland, this cartridge represents the golden age of African big-game hunting, where powerful large-bore rifles were used for hunting species such as elephant, buffalo, and other dangerous game.

The .465 H&H is a less commonly encountered calibre, distinct from the more widely known .465 Nitro Express, adding to its collector appeal.

With its impressive size and classic brass case, this example makes an excellent display piece, ideal for large calibre collections, safari-themed displays, or calibre comparison sets.

✔ Large bore British safari cartridge
✔ Holland & Holland development
✔ Dangerous game calibre
✔ Less common variant (.465 H&H)
✔ Fully inert – no live components

A striking and collectible example of a classic British big-game cartridge.
