When shipping items, we use the UK Royal Mail, EVRI, DPD and Parcel Force in the event of a parcel arriving with contents damaged ALL the packaging must be kept for inspection by the delivering shipping contractor whoever that contractor is, failure to adhere to this WILL result in ANY claim being denied.

Product Description
The TR-PP-8 is the French licensed version of the American AN/PRC-6 “Handie Talkie” portable radio, combining U.S. design heritage with French manufacture for NATO-era field communications. Originally developed in the post-World War II era and widely used through the Korean and early Cold War period, the AN/PRC-6 was a compact handheld FM VHF transceiver operating in the low-VHF band and was notable for its simple, rugged form factor and reliable performance. The French adaptation, often seen as the TR-PP-8-A variant, expanded on the AN/PRC-6 concept with a multi-channel tuning turret, allowing six preset positions across the VHF spectrum.
Finished in military olive drab and built with early transistor and vacuum tube technology, the set includes the transceiver body, antenna, handset, and battery pack — a classic example of NATO small unit radio equipment. Collectors prize the TR-PP-8 for its cross-national lineage, representing how U.S. military radio designs were adopted and modified by allied forces.
