Product Description

Original British Kynoch .50 Browning Machine Gun (.50 BMG / 12.7×99mm) empty brass cartridge case.

A very nice original example manufactured by Kynoch, one of Britain's best-known ammunition manufacturers.

The base is clearly headstamped:

“.50”
“K” – Kynoch

The .50 marking denotes the calibre rather than a date. This example has an undated Kynoch headstamp and retains its original primer with a distinctive coloured primer annulus.

The .50 Browning cartridge was developed for the Browning M2 heavy machine gun and became one of the most successful heavy machine-gun cartridges ever produced. Kynoch manufactured .50 Browning ammunition in Britain for military, commercial and export contracts.

The brass case is in very good used condition, displaying attractive age-related patination and minor handling marks. Please study the photographs for the exact condition.

Calibre: .50 BMG / .50 Browning / 12.7×99mm

An excellent example for a British ammunition, Kynoch, Browning M2 or .50 calibre collection.
