Product Description

The Trumpeter 1/350 Scale HMS Roberts Monitor Model Ship Kit is a plastic model kit of a Royal Navy monitor that served during World War II. The kit contains over 400 parts on multiple sprues, including photo-etched parts and decals.

The finished model measures approximately 310mm long and 72mm wide, and includes detailed parts for the ship's superstructure, weapons, and other features. The photo-etched parts add extra detail, such as railings and ladders, and the decals provide markings for HMS Roberts as she appeared during the war.

HMS Roberts was a Royal Navy monitor that was commissioned in 1941 and served in various roles during World War II, including supporting amphibious landings, bombarding enemy positions, and escorting convoys. She was heavily armed for her size, with two 15-inch guns and several smaller guns and anti-aircraft weapons.

The Trumpeter model kit allows model builders to recreate this important historical vessel in miniature form. It is recommended for experienced model builders due to the level of detail involved in assembly, but the finished model is a rewarding and impressive display piece.

Overall, the Trumpeter 1/350 Scale HMS Roberts Monitor Model Ship Kit is a highly detailed and accurate representation of an important historical ship. It is a great addition to any model builder's collection, and a must-have for fans of Royal Navy vessels and World War II history.
